Theselast few posts are simply fabulous entries. I love the way you've documented from the needle size up to the heel of the sock. The pink is gorgeous, the picot edge is perfect, and the sock pattern is highly covet-able. I am really enjoying this sock :-)
Thanks!

Lisa,

Thanks so much. You put a big smile on my face today.

I find socks so satisfying to knit after tackling a sweater. These should be done soon and then I'll finish the intarsia Christmas stocking that I started last December.

I LOVE the magic loop. I have only one problem - HOW do you make sure that the stitches on either half of the pulled cable are as even as the rest? Mine always look slightly pulled. Hmmph!

Megan,

To be honest, I'll usually knit with two circulars if I have two in the right size.

What size needle are you using? I found that 40" works well since I can keep the loop well away from the stitches. I think shorter needles tend to pull the two sides of the sock appart, which might result in odd looking stitches.

Also, perhaps the cables on your needles are a bit stiff so its hard for you to get the correct tension. I know for a short period of time that the cables on Addi Turbo were made by a different maker and tended to be stiff.

I hope this helps,

Melinda
